Constructing creative solutions to complicated issues is my passion. I enjoy learning about how others work and how I can facilitate their improvement; thereby providing betterment to myself as well.  For me there is no failure as long as you continue to strive for success; and that success is not a goal but a byproduct of hard work, dedication, and a willingness to sacrifice.

Over the past 30 years I’ve worked in several industries from Packaging at SIG Combibloc, to Healthcare at Bumrungrad International Hospital, to Facilities Management at PCS Security Services, the common thread throughout is creating value for both the company I work for and the customers that we served; improving the customer journey and delighting them along the way.

At SIG Combibloc I defended our customer base from competition and oversaw the fastest revenue growth  up to that point.  We successfully launched several new products into the market with many well respected brands through collaboration and understanding how our technologies can be adapted to become a facilitator for their success.

While at Bumrungrad International the team and I penetrated into markets that previously were out of reach by qualifying and onboarding several new referral offices while deepening the relationships we’ve forged the expat communities within Thailand.

In PCS Security Services, I lead the charge in turning around a struggling Business Unit, improving payment terms while maintaining a 96% retention rate of our contracts, even managing to grow our profitability despite the significant impact of Covid on the industry and the nation as a whole.

I am pleased to join the team of iiK Societies as the International Business Development Director where I aspire to work to enable the success of our customers and to expand our reach regionally and globally so we can build on the successes we’ve achieved in the past as well as create new and lasting strategic partnerships wherever our customers reside.
